Back to Gym
Back to the gym. This time, stay.
A private personal trainer for iPhone, for anyone getting back to the gym after a break. It starts lighter than you think, checks how you feel before each session, and changes the plan when a week goes wrong.
Twelve weeks: Re-entry, Ramp-up, Build, and lighter weeks in weeks 8 and 12. Then the next block follows on.
Starts light, builds steady
Two easy weeks first. A suggested weight for every exercise, in kg or lb. Nothing to failure before week 9, full rests and the talk test.
Changes with your weeks
Before each session: good to go, sore, or run down. Short on time, fewer days, a stalled lift or a missed week: the plan changes with you. You tap to accept every change.
Food that fits
Everyday Indian dishes and food from other cuisines, packaged foods by barcode in India, the US and the UK, and meal plans for four diets with fasting days. Calories learn from your own log.
Private by design
No account, no server, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your data leaves your iPhone only in a file you export yourself.
Seven programs
Two, three or four lifting days a week, at the gym or with dumbbells at home, with a strength or a muscle focus. Setup picks one from your answers, and you can change it.
Price
Everything is free for 28 days. Then a one-time unlock: ₹999 in India, $19.99 in the US, or the App Store's price where you live. No subscription and no ads. What you've logged stays yours either way.
When
Coming to the App Store in December 2026, for iPhone with iOS 26. Want to try it before then? Write to hi@backtogym.app.
